Our Mission: To Liberate

With an emphasis on Black Student Excellence, High Achievement and a Nurturing Learning Community, Golden Scholars 101 provides personalized academic support for Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8 students in the Greater Toronto Area, and beyond.

Established in 2014, Golden Scholars 101 was curated by Khandi Alexander who quickly recognized that today’s young Black scholars require a more personalized, and more engaging approach to education.

Through private, online sessions and group workshops, Golden Scholars 101 strives to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, that will inspire and educate students of all ages, to maximize their full potential.

Our future vision is to establish Golden Scholars Academy, a premier private school led by talented educators committed to nurturing the holistic development and well-being of every student.

Golden Scholars 101 is a Toronto-based Educational Movement, servicing pre-Kindergarten to grade 8 students based in the Greater Toronto Area; Canada, China, the US, UK and the Caribbean.

All sessions are delivered via Online Video Conferencing, unless otherwise stated.
